You weren’t born to be on autopilot.
Yet, somewhere along the way, life became about keeping up, checking off to-do lists,
and putting out fires instead of actually living.
The stress, the second-guessing, the feeling that life is happening to you instead
of you creating it, I’ve been there.

and putting out fires instead of actually living.
The stress, the second-guessing, the feeling that life is happening to you instead
of you creating it, I’ve been there.
And so had Tao.
I’ll never forget the moment I first sat across from my teacher, Tao Porchon-Lynch, the world’s oldest yoga teacher.
At 87 years old, she looked at me with an energy so bright, so ALIVE, that I swore she had figured out some kind of secret.
She had.
She turned to me and said:
“You are not the result of what happens to you. You are the result of
what you choose to do with it.”
That was the moment I stopped reacting and started creating.
Now, it’s your turn.

This is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about taking back your time, your energy, and your joy. It’s about learning how to notice what feels good, ditch what doesn’t,
and create a life that actually feels like YOURS.
